We can not respond to messages with insufficient information, prescription requests, complaints or requests for phone consultations (without additional information) via this message system.
Your message will be dealt with within 2 working days (working days only, excluding bank holidays and weekends) following a GP Quick Message ©The Elms Practice 2016 request.
If you have not had any response within two working days please contact the surgery on 023 92 466216 0r 023 92 468413, select option 1 and inform the receptionist that you have had no response to Quick GP Message ©The Elms Practice 2016 , and they will ask your GP or the Duty Doctor to call you. If you are submitting a prescription request please note we will not respond to your request. Please leave 72 hours before contacting your pharmacy.
This service is available between Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm (Excluding Bank holidays).
We would there for ask you to allow 2 WORKING DAYS for us to respond to your query. We will make contact with you on the contact telephone number you provide us. If you use the form to request a 'quick message' on a Friday evening this may not be answered until Tuesday evening. Please make sure this time frame is considered before completing this form to assess if this is the right path
